The Electricity Distribution Company announced on Tuesday that the capacity of Israel's No. 9 feeder line for Rafah will be reduced from 400 amps to 200 amps.
The company added in a brief statement that "the reduction will be necessary for emergency maintenance work carried out by the Israeli Electricity Company from 8 am to 4 pm."
