A worker or pensioner who has been charged an excess insurance fee can recover insurance fees.

Employee / employee with two or more employers.
He has an early retirement pension and also works as a wage earner in one or more places of work.
An early retirement pension from two or more sources.
Provided they meet one of these conditions:
The monthly income of the principal employer or the original payer is less than 60% of the adjusted wage - NIS 6,164 (starting from 01.01.2019).
Their income from all employers or pensioners is higher than the maximum income (maximum income) for the payment of insurance fees - NIS 43,890 (as of 01.01.2019).
